Project Overview (May to February)

The Maintenance component of the Review of Procurement and Contracting Qualifications will ensure all qualifications listed below have current units of competency included in their packaging rules.

  • PSP20122 Certificate II in Government  
  • PSP30122 Certificate III in Government  
  • PSP40122 Certificate IV in Government 
  • PSP40216 Certificate IV in Court Operations  
  • PSP40316 Certificate IV in Government Security  
  • PSP40522 Certificate IV in Trade Measurement  
  • PSP50316 Diploma of Government Security  
  • PSP50716 Diploma of Fraud Control

The following qualifications, for which no industry demand has been demonstrated, will be proposed for deletion.

  • PSP40716 Certificate IV in Heavy Vehicle Road Compliance  
  • PSP50216 Diploma of Court Operations 
  • PSP50522 Diploma of Trade Measurement

    

The following units of competency will be proposed for deletion, as they are packaged within the qualifications that are already proposed for deletion.

  • PSPTPR001 Intercept vehicles and assess compliance
  • PSPTRP002 Operate weigh bridges
  • PSPTRP003 Intercept vehicles and assess driver compliance
  • PSPTRP004 Conduct detailed vehicle inspections
  • PSPTRP005 Pilot and escort oversize and/or over-mass vehicles
  • PSPTRP006 Undertake access assessments and approvals
  • PSPTRP007 Provide information on vehicle configuration compliance
  • PSPTRP008 Operate within the regulatory framework for road transport compliance
  • PSPTRP009 Provide vehicle technical advice
  • PSPCRT022 Undertake senior court listing activities
  • PSPCRT024 Record complex court proceedings
  • PSPCRT025 Manage court practice and process
  • PSPREG050 Conduct measurement licensee audit
